Return/Refund Policy

Terms and Conditions

You agree to ensure payment for any items You may purchase from Us, and You acknowledge and affirm that prices are subject to change. When purchasing any goods, You agree to provide Us with a valid email and shipping address, as well as valid billing information. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for any reason, including errors or omissions in the information that You provide to us. If We do so after payment has been processed, We will issue a refund to You in the amount of the purchase price.
We also may request additional information from You prior to confirming a sale, and We reserve the right to place any additional restrictions on the sale of any of Our products. You agree to ensure payment for any items You may purchase from Us, and You acknowledge and affirm that prices are subject to change. For the sale of physical products, We preauthorise Your credit or debit card at the time You place the order, and charge Your card. You agree to monitor Your method of payment. Shipment costs and dates are subject to change from the costs and dates that You are quoted due to unforeseen circumstances. If You are unhappy with anything You have purchased on Our Website, You may do the following:
You may send us an email regarding the product you have purchased and the reason for return of the product and send back the product on our address. After the verification of the reason for return by inspecting the product a refund will be sent to the Customer in the original form of payment which You paid for the purchase.
Any Incorrect order received which was not ordered may be asked for a return/refund within 24 hours of receipt.
The returned product must be sealed in the original packaging and in the same condition as they were received; any opened, used, tempered or played with products will not be eligible for the returns
No refund of shipment cost will be provided in any case.
Peekme may not guarantee that you will be replaced with the same product due to the limited stocks of products or be refunded with the purchase price as the return/ refund policy of that particular product Company will be applicable. To return any ordered product you must raise an issue with us on our email feedback@peekme.co.nz, after verifying your email for the eligibility of return we will mail you back with further instruction.
Any order sent back to us for return without raising an issue with us on our email or refund will not be entertained and will be refused. Peekme does not accept refunds, returns and exchanges for change of mind due to the perishable nature of its products and concerns about the product's hygiene and quality control.
All the orders placed with Peekme are Final with no exchange or return policy only with certain exception which are as follows:

Applicable Circumstances for Returns,

  • Seller Mistake: If any wrong order is being sent to you due to the seller mistake you may contact us on feedback@peekme.co.nz within 24 hours of receipt of order, we will try to coordinate with the seller of the product to return/ replace the order with no additional cost provided that you provide us the images of the wrong order delivered to you through email
  • Manufacturer's Defect: Any item with manufacturer’s defect will be returned /replaced; you may contact us on feedback@peekme.co.nz within 24 hours of receipt of order with the relevant images. The replacement/refund will be provided solely on the discretion of particular product Company policies.
  • Damage Due to Shipping: In the event you receive a damaged product please make sure to contact us as soon as possible to initiate a damage claim. You may mail us at feedback@peekme.co.nz with the relevant pictures of the damaged products. Only the product package damage will not be considered as the damaged or defective product for initiating a damage claim with the product company. A minor indentation, bend or scuff may be due to the manufacturing process and will not be considered as a damage product

No Replacement/Refund Guarantee on any product

Peekme do not provide a guarantee to Replace/Refund a product due to the limited product inventory in stock with the Company and the Replace/Refund policy of the particular Company.


Shipment Risk

As soon as the order is dispatched with the third party carrier the risk of loss or damage will be with you. Any damaged product or missing order should be reported to us within 24 hours of the receipt or non-receipt with the relevant photo showing the damage of the product.
After the successful review of the damaged product by the relevant Company, you will be issued with a replacement/refund upon their satisfaction, and package damage will not be counted as the product damage. All the replacement is at the discretion of the relevant product Company
